For the month of October, I am joining many bloggers in a challenge to write every single day for 31 days. I learned about this challenge through another challenge I participate in most weeks. The “Five Minute Friday” challenge is going to expand to last the whole month! Each entry, will be five minutes unedited of writing on a particular theme – found on Kate’s blog.Today’s theme is “perhaps.”
Perhaps, I am where God wants me to be.
Sometimes, out of place.
Yet, somehow – it fits.
Where God Wants Me…
I am not someone with eloquent speech. Nor, am I someone who thrives with great physical ability. Perhaps, implies hope. There is always hope. There is hope in Jesus. As a child of God, I know God has a place for me to serve. It is just a matter of finding the place.
Perhaps, God has a reason for the health things to move me into a brand new serving position. Something I never would of done before.
As Esther said, “Yet who knows—maybe it was for a time like this that you were made queen!”
Perhaps, God created you for a time like this.
Where Do You Find Yourself, Today?
God might be rearranging things in your life. Focus on the new thing He is doing – nothing God does is mundane. Nothing God does is, unimportant. Perhaps, He is doing something new in your life. Something that has nothing ever been done before.
How are you handling today’s “perhaps,” and what “perhaps” are you meeting in your life? We need to allow our minds the opportunity to live these “perhaps,” and remember the vast greatness of God. He’s awesome – and ready to do some incredible “perhaps” in our lives if we will let Him.
