Vegan Corn Bread

This was pretty good! I ate it by itself–no extra butter or anything. That is saying a lot. Go, check it out… I used egg replacer and nondairy butter. <3 I cut in probably close to 15-20 pieces, and will be reheating it with some pinto beans. Good, cheap, allergen friendly meal. And, it was really easy to make. Easy is a very good thing!
