For the record, it is not bad. I have chocolate whey protein powder. Dairy is a food group I try to steer clear of, but it brings less reactions than other things. So, I thought I’d try this…Not bad.

I didn’t have an “oven safe” mug, so I just used a plastic bowl and a good ole’ fashion microwave. Not the same, I know. Experiment with the timing. I cooked it for too long (2 minutes–next time, I’ll try 1.5 minutes.), but it’s sweet and crispy. It got on the side of my bowl though, and don’t imagine it’ll be an easy clean up since I overcooked it. Next time, mug… If I opt to cook it in the oven next time, I can use cupcake liners.
What I Used:
3 Tablespoons of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons of Dextrose
1 Tablespoon of Canola Oil
Egg Replacer (1 Tablespoon replacer with 1/4 cup of water)
Handful of Chocolate Chips
